13th November 2007: “Liverpool: Software City”

The event was organised by Merseyside ICT in partnership with Vodafone and the event was supported by Brabners Chaffe Street, a Liverpool-based firm of solicitors, and the International Centre for Digital Content. There event started with a business surgery event, in which entrepreneurs present their businesses to a panel of experts. Christopher Tucker, CEO of T&P Ventures, was one of the panellists. It was followed by a reception and a keynote address by Doug Richard, UK-based Californian entrepreneur and technologist who shot to prominence as a result of the BBC TV programme, Dragons' Den. 25th Jan 2007: Lecture at the University of Warwick

Following his successful lecture to the Institution of Engineering and Technology (IET) in October on the subject of preparing companies for raising equity finance, Christopher Tucker gave an extended lecture on the same subject to a postgraduate course at the University of Warwick.

Christopher Tucker, CEO of T&P Ventures, gave a keynote address on "How to prepare and package your company for raising equity finance" to The Institution of Engineering and Technology's Second International technology and Innovation Conference in London. The Institution of Engineering and Technology (IET) is one of the world’s leading professional societies for the engineering and technology community. The IET has more than 150,000 members in 127 countries and has offices in Europe, North America and Asia-Pacific.
